You must let us know as soon as possible and no later than 2 working-days following the incident. In the event of an accident, whether you are responsible or not for the damages caused to the car, you have to fill out an accident statement. In the case of theft, you have to report the fact to the Gendarmerie as soon as the theft is noticed. You will bring the receipt of your complaint to the agency.
To change or cancel your reservation, you have to call us, and you will receive a confirmation by email. The requirements are:
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the picking up date, you will receive a full refund within 72 hours.
- If you cancel between 20 and 29 days before the picking up date, you will receive a 80% refund within 72 hours
- If you cancel between 7 and 19 days before the picking up date, you will receive a 70% refund within 72 hours
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the picking up date, no repayment will be due
- No refund will be granted if the client fails to pick up the car on the right date.
If you want to extend or reduce the rental period, you have to call the agency. We will tell you whether it is possible.
The fuel gauge is indicated on the incoming inventory. You have to return the car with the same level of fuel.
